Hannah Meyer PT, DPT

Hi, I’m Hannah! I’m a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist in Chicago who’s passionate about making pelvic health care inclusive and approachable for people of all genders. I have a special interest in helping people with pelvic pain- including vaginismus, painful sex, and chronic pain from endometriosis- feel in control again. I love working collaboratively with patients and their other providers to make care feel less overwhelming and more empowering.

Outside the clinic and podcast, I’m also a pole dancer. Pole has become a way for me to experience expressive movement that feels strong, connected, and sexy. I enjoy bringing that same sense of empowerment and body celebration into my work as a PT.

Hi! I’m Amanda, a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist with a background in orthopedics, who found joy in the niche of Pelvic Floor and sexual health! I’m especially passionate about affirming care for gender-diverse individuals, those navigating painful sex, and athletes experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction. I opened The Pelvic Institute in my home city of Chicago to advance advocacy for pelvic health and to create a space where patients truly seen and supported.

I’m also a lifelong performing arts lover! Outside of work, you can find me singing opera, pole dancing, or even trying my hand at improv comedy. I’m an avid reader, and am currently juggling multiple book clubs. Let's yap about how reading romance is actually great for pelvic health!
